You will receive an email confirmation of your booking with details of your order shortly after you check out. Amendments
You can make amendments to your order up to 24 hours before your order is due for collection. In some circumstances you may need to cancel your order and place a new order. Please email or call us and a member of our team will gladly assist you.

Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel your order at any time before the Visitor Oyster Card has been activated, and you will receive a full refund. Once the Visitor Oyster Card has been activated we cannot cancel or refund your order. If you do not use all the credit on your card, a refund for any remaining credit of up to £10.00 can be obtained from any Tube station ticket machine, however the card will be cancelled and you won’t be able to use it again for future travel.
