Experience a convenient and hassle-free journey between Heathrow Airport and Central London with the Heathrow Express. Board the train at either Heathrow Airport's Terminals 2/3/5 or London Paddington Station, with only 15-minute intervals between departures every day.  

Travel on modern, air-conditioned trains with plenty of space for your luggage, comfortable seating, free WiFi throughout the train and at-seat power sockets. Need to relax or work in peace? Upgrade to a First Class carriage with larger seats, extra legroom, tables to work from and complimentary newspapers and magazines. 

Single Tickets 

Single tickets are valid for 1 journey on the date specified when booking. 

Return Tickets 

The first journey can be used on any date that’s within 3 months of the travel date specified when booking. The second journey can be used on any date that’s within 1 calendar month of the first journey date. 
 

Peak Fares 

Peak fares apply Monday-Friday from 07:00-10:00 and 16:00-19:00. Please choose a peak ticket to travel at these times. Peak fares do not apply on weekends. 
 

Children go free 

Children aged 0-15 years can travel free of charge in Express Class when accompanied by a paying adult, or can travel unaccompanied if they have proof of their air travel such as a valid flight booking or boarding pass. Photo ID will be required. 

Children aged 0-15 years can travel free of charger in Business First Class only if accompanied by an adult who has bought a Business Ticket. Children cannot travel unaccompanied in Business First Class carriages.  

Accessibility 

Accessibility is a priority for Heathrow Express and all customers are able to use the service unaided if they wish, with facilities designed with that aim in mind. 

The train floor is at the same level as the platform for easy wheelchair access, and all the sub-surface stations have step-free access.  

Every train has accessible toilets and designated zones where wheelchair users can find space to relax in comfort and safety. Platform-level accessible toilets are also available at all stations in which Heathrow Express operate.

Amendments 

Amendments can be made up until the point your ticket has been scanned to provide entry to the Heathrow Express Station. After your ticket has been scanned, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
